Overview

AeroTech's Silica Aerogel Powder is manufactured through supercritical drying of silica sol-gel, producing an ultra-light, nano-porous material with the lowest thermal conductivity of any solid insulator currently available. With a porosity exceeding 95% and a surface area up to 700 m²/g, it delivers outstanding insulation performance in an extremely lightweight form.

The powder can be used as a functional additive or stand-alone insulation medium across a broad range of applications — from thermal interface materials and insulating paints to aerospace composites and cryogenic insulation systems.
